Work Environment:

• Ideally, the workday would run from roughly 1700 – 0200 to maximize the overlap with European and US Eastern Time work hours.
• Ability to communicate and exchange information, collect, compile, and prepare work documents, and set up and maintain work files.
• Willingness to work 8 hours per day; ability to handle pressure during peak periods during the year, availability to handle issues outside of normal working hours.

Responsibilities:

1. User Research & Persona Development - Conduct and support user research efforts, including interviews, surveys, and data analysis—to understand user behavior and develop user personas.
