Job Title: UI/UX Contractor – Healthcare EMR Platform

We are seeking an experienced
UI/UX Designer (Contract)
to help improve and modernize the user experience of our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. This role will focus on optimizing workflows, enhancing usability, and creating intuitive, clinician-centered interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing EMR workflows and identify usability improvements
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups
• Conduct user research and usability testing with healthcare stakeholders
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams
• Establish or refine design systems and UI standards
• Ensure compliance with healthcare usability and accessibility standards
