Job Description

Introduction to the job
Develop generalist team technical skills level & UiR engineer’s skill to meet increasing local solving power >80% .
Engage team members to achieve designed team goal efficiently.
Enable generalist to lead complex issues escalation to TS/GSC to speed up solution come out & drive AP quality of TS.
Coordinates and ensures execution of multiple activities which are specific as to goal and content.
The interaction with other teams requires a good understanding of the interfaces with other disciplines/parties.
Role and responsibilities
UiR generalist team leader
Lead generalist team to solve complex issues to guarantee project smoothly meet KPI target.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field is required.
working experience above 10 years.
