UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to lead the redesign of a corporate intranet, transforming it into a user-centric, intuitive and efficient platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX discovery (workshops, user interviews, usability testing)
• Translate business needs into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes (Figma)
• Design UI/UX for Power Apps, Power Pages and SharePoint Online
• Ensure compliance with usability best practices, accessibility (WCAG) and Microsoft design guidelines
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation
• Maintain design systems and UX documentation
• Enhance and optimise existing Power Platform / SharePoint solutions

Requirements

• Degree in UI/UX, HCI, Design or related discipline
• 3–5 years' experience in UX/UI or Product Design
• Strong proficiency in Figma (experience with Sketch/Adobe/Miro is a plus)
