Role summary

Design and evolve Grantbii's (proprietary tech-platform of RIC) product experience with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability — while also being capable of creating crisp marketing visuals when needed. You are expected to **think in systems**, communicate via **visual models**, and maintain **presentational excellence** in everything you ship.

What you'll do

**Primary (UI/UX)**

• Design end-to-end product flows: onboarding, core journeys, dashboards, results, forms

• Produce wireframes → hi-fi UI → interactive prototypes in Figma

• Maintain and extend the design system using **atomic design** (components, variants, states)

• Run design critiques and align stakeholders using clear boards and rationale notes

• Partner with engineering for handoff specs and design QA (edge cases, responsiveness)
