Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Strategy: Plan and conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to identify user needs and inform product direction.
Design Leadership: Lead the design of complex user interfaces and user experiences, from concept to final execution. Set design standards and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create advanced wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail and usability.
