What You'll Be Doing
Design intuitive, high-impact UI/UX for web and mobile products
Own the design process end-to-end: wireframes → high-fidelity → dev-ready handoff
Work closely with product managers and engineers (yes, your designs actually get built)
Create and maintain design systems that scale across products
Translate vague ideas into crisp, user-friendly experiences
What we're looking for
Strong command of Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping — the real stuff)
Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design
Experience designing for real software products, not just concepts
Ability to explain why a design works, not just that it looks clean
