UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will be responsible for leading design initiatives, conducting user research, and collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design process from user research and wireframing to final UI delivery.
Develop user personas, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on design solutions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
Maintain and evolve design systems and UI style guides.
