UI/UX Designer
Location: Manila, Philippines (On-site / Hybrid) | Experience: 3–5 Years | Employment: Full-Time | Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PHT
Reports To: QA Manager (solid line) / Engineering Manager (dotted line)
Role Overview
The UI/UX Designer owns the user experience across all Mercola digital products – web, PWA, and mobile apps (iOS & Android). Responsible for user research, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and developer collaboration, delivering beautiful, accessible, and implementation-ready designs.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Discovery: Conduct interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics; create personas, journey maps, and flows; benchmark competitors.
UI/UX Design & Prototyping: Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive Figma prototypes; responsive web and mobile layouts; micro-interactions and animations.
