Job Description
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio in mobile and web design to lead the creation of exceptional user experiences. You'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, beautiful, and user-centric designs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX/UI design efforts for mobile and web applications (Android/iOS). Conduct user research, create personas, and define user journeys and workflows.
Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (Figma/XD).
Develop and maintain design systems and UI style guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and quality during implementation.
Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices across the team.
