UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities
Organize and lead UX discovery initiatives, including requirement workshops, user interviews, and usability testing sessions.
Develop UI/UX designs for Power Apps, Power Pages, and SharePoint Online solutions.
Interpret and convert business requirements into user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma.
Work closely with development teams to support seamless implementation of UI components and interaction designs.
Manage and maintain design systems, reusable component libraries, and UX documentation.
Enhance and refine existing Power Platform or SharePoint solutions to improve usability and overall performance.
Collaborate with product owners and product managers to deliver business outcomes aligned with functional needs, usability standards, and project timelines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Design Research, or a related field.
