UI/UX & Digital Systems Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY

At Digital Disruptors,we are looking for a versatile UI/UX & Digital Systems Specialist who can help us bridge design, systems, and automation. This role combines non-code UI/UX design, CRM customization (Zoho), and digitalisation initiatives across our internal workflows and client projects.

You will work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve user journeys, automate processes, and build efficient digital systems that scale.

This is a hands-on execution role for someone who enjoys building clean user experiences and structured backend systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

UI/UX (No-Code / Low-Code Environment)

• Design and optimize user journeys for websites, landing pages, and internal dashboards
• Create wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma or similar
• Improve conversion paths and usability
