UI/UX Product Designer

Job Overview
Plan A Technologies is looking for an experienced UI/UX Product Designer to create intuitive, beautiful, and functional experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You are an end-to-end designer who is equally comfortable conducting user research as you are perfecting pixel-perfect layouts. You will be the champion of the user, ensuring every interaction is seamless and accessible.
Please note: you must have at least 5+ years as a UI/UX Product Designer and a portfolio showcasing relevant work is required to be considered for this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Take features from initial concepts (wireframes/user flows) to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions.
Build and maintain a scalable Design System to ensure visual consistency across all products.
Partner with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with high fidelity.
