Outworx is looking for a UK Claims Agent within the Insurance industry. 

The Claims Agent will play a crucial role in managing and resolving insurance claims within the UK property sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Claims Processing: Handle incoming claims from policyholders, ensuring all required documentation is collected and reviewed.


• Investigation: Assess the validity of claims by investigating circumstances, reviewing policy documents, and analysing evidence.


• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to explain coverage, claim status, and next steps. Provide guidance and support throughout the claims process.
