We are currently seeking a Capital Markets Lawyer to work with leading financial institutions.

Responsibilities :

• Advising business units regarding capital markets transactions for a wide range of domestic and international issuer types and debt and equity products.
• Amending and/or reviewing and advising on pre-transaction and transaction documents from initial pitch phase through closing.
• Working collaboratively with associates and partners to manage closings; performing due diligence reviews.

Minimum Qualifications:
