The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in UK payroll legislation, HMRC compliance, PAYE, pensions, statutory payments, and payroll systems. The role involves handling complex payroll scenarios, driving process improvements, supporting audits, and acting as the go-to expert for payroll operations and compliance.

The candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills while ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing for weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payroll cycles.
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely salary payments in accordance with UK legislation and HMRC regulations.
