UK - Programmatic Manager

The Role
We're looking for a Programmatic Manager to lead the strategy, performance, and client relationships across a portfolio of programmatic and display accounts. You'll bring deep expertise across programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc.), combined with strong strategic thinking to deliver measurable growth for clients, while also managing and developing junior team members.

You'll work across a diverse range of clients - from fast-growing challenger brands to established enterprise businesses - building tailored programmatic strategies, driving innovation in audience targeting and automation, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver against performance goals.
