Key Responsibilities


+ Set and execute the strategic vision for the Incentives team, aligning with broader firm objectives.

+ Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across sectors and regions. Lead high-impact pitches, proposals, and tenders, leveraging internal networks and external relationships to secure new engagements.
