Job Description

 Our client is looking for an experienced UKG Business Analyst with a deep understanding of UKG/Kronos systems implementations. This is a 6-12 month day rate contract, plus extentions, with a hybrid working model within the Melbourne CBD.
   The Role
 
   
 As a Business Analyst you will play a crucial role in successfully implementing time, attendance and scheduling systems. This position requires a strategic thinker and attention to detail.
   Key Responsibilities:  
 Support the go-live of the Time and Attendance system
 Assist with system testing to ensure optimal performance
 Gather and document requirements for time and attendance and scheduling
 Enhance the existing BA team's understanding of UKG complexities
 Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for stakeholders
