UKG Payroll Integration Specialist

About the role
This well known retail organisation is looking for a UKG interface specialist to join their team on a permanent basis. The role will be sitting in their payroll support team, and working very closely with the head of payroll. 

The Responsibilities

• Interpret a high volume, complex number of EA's through UKG.
• Analyze and report back tracked data
• Respond to all customer queries (face to face, telephone, email)
• Assess, design, and test integrations including creating and designing the changes to the interface files to address needs for data elements, file layout, custom fields and data transformation
• Update all documentation and training material to remain consistent with changes in business processes and system developments.
