Required:

• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and workforce management principles.
• Good understanding of UKG Pro implementation
• Lead UKG Pro implementation and configuration projects.
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into UKG Pro configurations.
• Design and develop technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate UKG Pro with other HR systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
