Role Description

The UKG Functional Consultant will be responsible for leading functional activities across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing support, and client-facing discussions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand workforce management or payroll needs and translating them into effective UKG system configurations.
