Create exceptional and personalized group and event experiences that reflect the essence of ultra luxury hospitality while building lasting relationships with clients, meeting planners, and guests.
THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE
The position will be responsible for coordinating all details of the group’s meeting requirements, up to the ultra-luxury 5-Star service standards when dealing with both external and internal customers. Ensure all aspects of each program are delivered flawlessly and to the satisfaction of both the meeting planner and the attendees to win them long term.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of all group and event programs, ensuring ultra luxury 5-star service standards and exceptional guest satisfaction throughout every stage of the experience.
Participate in site inspections, client menu tastings, and planning meetings to support conversion of prospective business and enhance the client experience.
