Job Opportunity: Development Manager

A leading international real estate development company is seeking an experienced Development Manager to support the delivery of a landmark ultra-luxury resort and private residential community in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

This role will act as the day-to-day driver of development execution, working directly with senior leadership and ownership. The successful candidate will manage critical workstreams across design, entitlements, procurement, and construction, ensuring programme objectives are achieved across multiple assets.

1. 
   Lead day-to-day development execution across assigned resort and residential components from feasibility through completion.
   
2. 
   Coordinate architects, engineers,
   contractors,
   and consultants
   to maintain programme integrity.
