Ultrasound Clinical Support Professional

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Provide Hands-on training on Acquisition of Echo Studies to the Doctors (Radiologist / Sonologist) or Echocardiographers on their premise

.● Post training, get the mock run and get the medical validation for the Echo studies acquired by the customer

.● Do the technical validation of Echo machine and support the sales team on customer onboarding

.● Periodically review the quality of images and videos which are being sent by such customers for our reporting service

s● Provide remote clinical support and training on Echo imaging to such customers whose acquisition quality is not adequate for remote reporting services

.● Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstration an

dcustomer training

.● Use market and product knowledge to assist product and medical R&D teams in developing ne

wfeatures and product innovations
