The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organising their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Umrah process and requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Consultation:
Provide comprehensive consultation to clients regarding Umrah packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation options, transportation, and other services.
