In this position you are Charge Nurse responsible for 50 Continuing Care residents that focuses on the delivery of excellent patient and family centered care. This environment is suitable for candidates who have a strong interest and skills in providing care to the elderly client, including those diagnosed with Alzheimer disease or other dementias. Recent gerontology nursing experience and/or education, charge nurse, and leadership training would definitely be an asset.
