The Role
The incumbent will oversee and direct all maintenance activities across fixed plant infrastructure supporting underground mining operations. This includes areas such as crushing and conveying, winders, pumping and dewatering installations, ventilation equipment, and materials handling facilities. The role is responsible for ensuring fixed plant assets are maintained to deliver optimal reliability, availability, and safe operation, in line with site standards, statutory requirements, and operational objectives.
The Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate fixed plant maintenance teams across daily, weekly, and shutdown activities.
Ensure planned maintenance schedules are executed effectively to minimise production downtime.
