About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Underground Foreman to lead field crews in the installation of underground utilities, including water, sanitary, and storm systems. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for directing daily site activities, coordinating crews and equipment, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to specification. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who understands underground construction inside and out and can drive productivity while maintaining high‑quality standards.
