Job Description
UNDERGROUND FOREMAN – Water & Sewer Construction
WCL is looking for an experienced Underground Foreman to lead our water and sewer crews following earthworks. This role is responsible for safety, production, quality, and day-to-day coordination of underground operations.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years experience in underground water and sewer construction.
- Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or senior underground crew member.
- Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm pipe installation.
- Solid understanding of line, grade, trench safety, and shoring requirements.
- Ability to plan daily work, coordinate crews, and manage production targets.
- Experience working with excavator operators, pipe layers, topmen, and labourers.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, grades, and project specifications.
