The Role

The incumbent will be responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating the maintenance, repair, and servicing of underground mobile mining equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation. The role provides frontline leadership to maintenance crews, ensuring work quality, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to production and maintenance schedules.

The Responsibilities

• Supervise daily, scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs of underground mobile equipment, including loaders (LHDs), haul trucks, drills, utility vehicles, and associated machines.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment availability.
