Underwriter & Business Analyst - Lisboa

At Redion, we are looking to strengthen our team in Portugal by hiring a Underwriter & Business Analyst who will play a key role in pricing and business analysis, mainly within motor insurance.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an international and dynamic environment, working closely with multiple stakeholders across the business

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver pricing quotations for the company's insurance products and services, with a strong focus on motor insurance.
• Present and defend pricing proposals in internal committees, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market conditions.
• Analyse key accounts and support decision-making through data-driven insights.
• Build, maintain and update statistical databases and pricing models.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Sales and other internal teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness in pricing.
