Assess and evaluate loan applications submitted by small and medium-sized businesses in Ireland. This includes identifying revenue sources, reviewing both personal and business credit histories, analyzing banking and open banking data, examining financial statements, and conducting online due diligence. Perform detailed financial and risk assessments to determine creditworthiness, and support lending decisions in line with internal criteria Participate in client calls, particularly for higher-value applications, to better understand borrower needs and assess suitability Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely disbursement of funds, set up automated repayments, and establish facilitator accounts as needed. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, technology, and partnerships to streamline the lending process.
