Underwriter & Claims Consultant: Personal Lines

To provide underwriting & Claims assistance to the Advisers on personal lines insurance.

Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients and advisers
Preparing quotations
Issuing new policies, renewals, and endorsements
Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Recording details and information on the relevant systems
General Administration effectively deal with all facets of Personal lines underwriting & claims
Good understanding of general short-term insurance procedures and claims procedures
Strong attention to detail
All Personal Lines underwriting renewals, endorsements, quotes, new business, re-broking, complete
compliance process. Making sure all covers are laid off before end of business day.
All Personal Lines claims : from start to finish.
