Underwriter III- Real Estate Banking (REIT)

REIT Analytics Underwriter Role:
-Maintain and update Financial and Portfolio Analysis for a portfolio of REIT and Fund clients.
-Complete ancillary revenue analysis for publicly traded REIT clients.
-Prepare Financial and Portfolio Analysis for prospective clients to support new business opportunities.
-Leverage research platforms—including S&P Capital IQ Pro and Green Street—as well as borrower‑provided materials to complete financial and market analyses.
