About The Role
As an Underwriter in the Surety team, you will support the underwriting of surety business for corporate and financial institution clients across Asia Pacific. You will support risk assessment, transaction analysis, and portfolio management, working closely with Senior Underwriters and cross‑functional partners. This role is designed for growth - learn from experienced specialists and build your underwriting capability in a fast‑paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with analysis of new opportunities (including basic credit assessment), covering corporate background, economic, industry, and transaction‑specific risks
Prepare submission packs and supporting documentation for approval workflows
Help review and negotiate policy wordings and legal documents under supervision
Maintain accurate records and trackers for active transactions, endorsements, and releases
