Your contribution at AIG

• Provide secretarial functions to PCM

• provision of accounting support

• data input and filing

• system updating

• Respond to underwriter/customer enquiries and provide solutions and information within the standard service time

• ensure accuracy and review procedures for continuous improvement

• participate daily administrative and coordination duties

• Responsible for policy issuance ( need to handles around 1,000 policies per year)
