They are people centric leaders who truly care about the development of their teams and invest in their career growth.
They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our brokers – this means emails and phone calls don’t go unanswered, and in-person broker meetings are regularly penned into their calendars. They also pay attention to the smallest of details, work closely with our Actuarial and Claims Departments.
