Underwriting Team Lead

The team lead will work close with their team to provide support, coaching and mentor their team to achieve success. The primary responsibilities are outlined below:

• Strong leadership, people management, administrative support
• Ability to train, coach, monitor, support, inspire, and promote discipline among the team members
• Maintain employee attrition and absenteeism within controllable limits.
• Provide operational guidance.
• Solve problems quickly and effectively
• Work alongside your PH & US managers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
