Role Overview

The UCC Engineer will be part of global IT Infrastructure Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) team, based in the IT Hub Manila. This role is responsible for supporting UCC operations, resolving complex incidents, contributing to projects, and researching innovative virtual collaboration solutions to support global workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and project support for Unified Communication & Collaboration (UCC) services.
• Monitor, analyze, and resolve Level 3 UCC incidents, ensuring all tickets are closed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support UCC-related projects and other assigned initiatives.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend new virtual collaboration solutions for global implementation.
• Ensure compliance with IT quality standards, security policies, and corporate governance requirements.
