Unified Communications Engineer (Remote/On-Prem)

Pellera Technologies Mexico is seeking a Network Voice Engineer to implement, administer, and support enterprise voice and unified communications platforms.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in enterprise voice or UC environments and strong troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities include maintaining voice services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting customers.
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
This position offers the flexibility of being on-prem or remote based in Puebla, Mexico.
