Scope of Work

• Configure and manage UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, or Citrix Endpoint Management
• Execute device enrollment, provisioning, patching, application deployment, and policy enforcement
• Monitor endpoint performance, compliance status, and security posture through dashboards and reporting tools
• Implement endpoint security configurations, including encryption, antivirus, and compliance policies
• Support integration with identity providers (e.g., Azure AD) for secure access control
• Ensure alignment with security standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., PCI DSS, HIPAA, or GDPR)
• Resolve endpoint-related issues escalated from the help desk or other support tiers
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for OS configuration, application deployment, and device compliance errors
• Collaborate with IT support teams to document resolutions and improve issue resolution times
