General Purpose of the Role

This Head of Country role will have responsibility for our business in Andean & Central America and is reporting into the UFS LATAM Lead. Within our LATAM performance unit, AND & CAM is a key region which is essential to the overall success of the market. The main purpose of this role is to drive accelerated growth and lead transformation towards a significantly more sizable business future‑fit for external market trends.

What will your main responsibilities be

• Lead the countries’ operations and full P&L to achieve business goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive exceptional growth and profitability.
• Manage and oversee all E2E aspects of the business including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
