Position Overview

Implementation and execution of all Loss Prevention initiatives and policies within their assigned location in partnership with Store Management and the Area Loss Prevention Manager, to protect the company’s assets and ensure the safety of all customers and employees.

Assist Store Manager and Area Loss Prevention Manager with training of store personnel on Loss Prevention policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Detect and identify shoplifters and safely apprehend subjects or recover merchandise according to Federal and Provincial laws, as well as company and department policy. Assist the Area Loss Prevention Manager with detection and investigation of internal theft and policy violation incidents on an ongoing basis.
