Unit Clerk - Emergency Services - Full Time Nights

Position Summary: Night Shift positions, 3/12 hours Shifts from 3:00 p.m. - 3:00 a.m. Every other weekend/Holiday required.

Responsible for clerical duties, communication and reception duties on assigned nursing units. Provides general support to both clinical and non‐clinical. Demonstrates appropriate population specific communication skills.

Essential Functions:

+ Actively participates maintaining a safe environment. 1. Recognizes, troubleshoots and initiates corrective action needed on equipment.

+ Follows hospital and nursing department policies and procedures regarding the care and use of equipment and supplies.

+ Complies with all policies of the hospital and nursing department.

+ Utilizes proper body mechanics to prevent injury to self or patients.
