Job Description
- Define and maintain the AI/ML strategy and roadmap for specific banking functions (e.g. Predictive Modeling for banking customers, Customer Solutions, Retail banking), prioritizing high-impact use cases and ensuring alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of large banking datasets to identify client groups and spot common data gaps, quality issues, or red flags hindering financial revenue and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI/ML models, from ideation and data preprocessing to development, deployment, monitoring, and retraining in production environments.
- Define success metrics and implement dashboards to track model performance, business impact (e.g., cost savings, forecast accuracy), and efficiency.
- Embed fairness, readiness, bias prevention and compliance with SBP guidelines on responsible AI use, transparency, accountability and consumer protection in all model designs.
