What You'll Do
As a Unit Head, you will:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of Financial Advisors
Coach advisors to achieve consistent sales and career growth
Drive unit recruitment, productivity, and active advisor targets
Conduct regular coaching, planning, and performance meetings
Collaborate closely with your Branch Head and Sales Management Team
Lead with integrity, professionalism, and a client-first mindset
