Job Description
- Lead and oversee all civil, structural, and sanitary engineering activities of the unit
- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction, repair, and maintenance works
- Manage water supply, drainage, sewage, and wastewater systems to ensure safe and compliant operation
- Review and approve civil and sanitary designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and government agencies
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to approved plans
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for civil structures and sanitary systems
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technical staff
- Prepare reports, documentation, and audit-related requirements
