About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Unit Head, Sales Centre to support the Regional Manager in expanding business growth and profitability in an efficient and sustainable manner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple distribution channels, driving sales performance, ensuring prudent underwriting and claims management, and strengthening market presence. You will play a key leadership role in developing marketing strategies, expanding agency capabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
What you will be doing
Support the Regional Manager in driving business expansion and profitability across Agency, RHB Group, Brokers, Franchise, and Direct channels
Manage and optimize productivity across all assigned distribution channels
Ensure prudent underwriting and acceptance of new risks and renewals within approved authority limits
