Key Responsibilities

• To implement action plans and strategies for the unit in adherence to the company's policies and procedures 
• Sharing of best practice across the unit as when required.
• Monitoring the overall functions of the unit and to ensure smooth execution from time to time 
• To immediately rectify matters pertaining to the unit and to liaise with the Head, Auto Collection & Recovery on any unsolved matters
• To take necessary measures and corrective actions in ensuring smooth recovery activities in the unit.
• Provide leadership and guidance to subordinates by acting as coach, mentor, manager and motivator to achieve maximum productivity. 
• Ensure initiatives and action plans are carried out correctly and properly by the unit's staff 
• Ensure staff motivational rate and teamwork are at the highest level at all times
